Approval amounts, rates, and terms may vary based on your business profile, financial history, and other risk factors. We reserve the right to decline any application without explanation.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all applications, forms, and communications with Madison Funding Group. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your application, legal action, and reporting to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
